Minimum charge for all services is 7.5 metres (25 feet) L.O.A.

MOORING FEES Moorings per annum January - December	£34.50/ft	£111.56/metre
Short term moorings per week (+ 3 nights)	£1.25/ft	£4.13/metre
Overnight moorings - per night	£12.50/night
BOAT HOIST 32 Ton Marine Travel Hoist (Maximum Beam 16ft/4.8metres)
Lift Out/Launch (Per Lift) to and from yard	£2.65/ft	£8.83/metre
Chock and shore up (blocks supplied free of charge)	£1.50/ft	£5/metre
Lift/Hold/Re-launch (maximum hold in slings 1 hour)	£3.60/ft	£11.99/metre
NOTE: At all times the vessel keys must be made available and batteries fully charged, if vessel is not in a moveable order the hourly rate will be charged. If no lifting points establish and clearly marked you may at the manager's discretion incur extra lifting charge.
SCRUBBING OFF Steam Clean, Operator and Machine	£1.50/ft	£5/metre
ANTIFOULING OF VESSEL To mask up waterline and apply antifouling including all labour and material
GRP Vessels under 36'	£10.50/ft
GRP Vessels 36' and over	£13.00/ft
STORAGE Vessels must be steam cleaned prior to storage
Charges apply per foot/metre per day	£0.20/ft	£0.67/metre
MAST UNSTEPPING To include free stowage of mast and removal of spreaders
Sloop Rigged Vessel	£130.00 total
Ketch Rigged Vessel	£160.00 total
MAST STEPPING To include adjustment and locking of bottle screws

NOTE: These prices assume that electronics are disconnected or can be unplugged at deck level. Any additional work will be charged at current hourly rate. Removal and replacement of sails will be charged extra.

Electricity Facility and maintenance Charge	£2.10/week
Electricity to be metered	£0.06/per unit
Electricity Meter Cards 10 Khz (Pontoon Berths)	£2.50/each
LABOUR CHARGE Labour Charge	£32.00/per hour
BATTERY CHARGING Clean battery, check levels and top up if required	£6.70/per battery
TRAVELLING EXPENSES Mileage rate - Per Mile	£0.62/per mile
WINTER STORAGE PACKAGE Includes lift out, steam clean, chock up and storage for 150 days, antifoul and re-launch	£19.50/per foot
